Return Process

  Log into your Wilson account and select your order to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Device

  Ensure the product is in its original packaging with all included cables, manuals, and components, and perform a factory reset to remove personal data.

  Secure Shipment

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking receipt.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
